14-day money-back guarantee

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends. After a payment, if you're not happy for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that payment.

How to ask for a refund

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle, who processes refunds. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at hello@kidshome.app and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
